*Refers to sites with more complicated functionality such as but not limited to, e-commerce, memberships, booking, etc. These sites generally need a bit more time and care to keep running optimally.
1You will get 30, 60 or 90 minutes of small job tasks included monthly depending on what plan you choose. A small job is a common website task including but not limited to content updates, small layout/design changes, adding photo gallery, etc. Small job minutes cannot rollover to the next month. Any overages in time will be billed at the PressRelief hourly rate.
If you sign-up for any of our WordPress Management plans and are not happy for any reason after your first 30 days you can cancel for a full refund.
- Sign-up for the WordPress care plan that’s right for you. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure and we can advise you on what is right for your organization at this time.
- We will communicate with you to find out what your goals and needs for your site are.
- We will begin performing updates, backups and monitoring based on what’s included in your WordPress care plan.
- During each month submit support/development through our collaboration tool on your website and we will complete them in a reasonable time.

Our two top tier WordPress maintenance packages offer includes a specified amount of time per month to be allocated to support or development time. This time is on top of the time we use for standard updates, backups, etc. included in your plan. Common tasks that this time is used for could be image updates, add a new page, small design tweaks, etc. Extra time spent on top of your allocated time is charged at our hourly rate of $75.
No. Unfortunately this time must be used within each month it is allocated to and cannot rollover.
If you have a service request or question we will respond to you within 24 hours and often much sooner.
That’s no problem. You can submit a support request through our collaboration tool that is installed on your website. When we receive your request we will begin to work on it if it is something that can fit within your included time.
